If you have an issue with your water softener a member of our team will call on you to resolve the problem (parts not included).

We will replace faulty/worn or broken parts to get your water softener back up and running for you.
A qualified engineer from our team ill visit your home once a year to check over your water softener. We will put the unit through a manual cleaning process, making sure all functions are working correctly. We will also clean the water softener of any salt residue build up.
